Oracle Fusion Financials Project Manager – Hybrid – Suffolk, VA
Location: Suffolk, VA (Hybrid – 3 days onsite)
Duration: 1-year contract (multi-year engagement expected)
Pay: $100/hr. C2C or $90/hr. W2
We’re hiring an experienced Oracle Fusion Financials Project Manager to lead enterprise financial system initiatives in a banking/financial services environment. This role is ideal for someone who started in Accounting/Finance and transitioned into Oracle Financials project leadership.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead end-to-end delivery of Oracle Fusion Financials implementations
- Partner with business stakeholders across finance, accounting, and operations
- Manage project scope, timelines, risks, and overall delivery
- Drive cross-functional collaboration across IT and business teams
- Ensure compliance with financial controls, audit, and reporting standards
- Facilitate meetings, status updates, and executive-level communication
Required Experience:
- 8 years Oracle Financial ERP experience (implementation/support)
- 3 years Oracle Fusion Financials
- 8 years Project Management experience
- Strong accounting/finance background (GL, reporting, controls)
- PMP, PMI, CSM, or similar certification
- Bachelor’s degree (Accounting, Finance, or MIS)
- Must be local to Suffolk, VA or willing to relocate
Key Skills:
- Oracle Fusion Financials (GL, AP, AR, FA, etc.)
- Strong stakeholder management (business executive level)
- Financial reporting, audit, and compliance knowledge
- Agile and Waterfall methodologies
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
Salary : $90 - $100
