Senior Developer / NLS Configuration Specialist (Full‑Time)
HYBRID in Irving, TX (Monday's and Wednesdays in office)
We’re hiring a full‑time senior developer with deep, system‑level Nortridge Loan System (NLS) configuration experience to support production‑critical financial and lending systems.
This is not a general .NET role- NLS experience is mandatory.
What You’ll Do
- Own full SDLC for core lending systems
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex production issues
- Configure and optimize NLS at a system level
- Develop solutions in C#, .NET Core / .NET 5 , SQL Server
- Build automation and reusable components
- Participate in Agile ceremonies and on‑call rotation
Required Experience
- 4 years: C#, .NET, SQL Server
- Strong OOP, stored procedures, unit testing
- REST APIs, microservices, production debugging
- Comfortable using AI tools (Copilot, Claude, etc.)
NLS — REQUIRED (NON‑NEGOTIABLE)
- 3 years hands‑on NLS system configuration (not user‑level)
- Loan amortization, interest accrual, billing, fees
- Payment distribution logic
- GL accounts, DR/CR logic, transaction codes
- NLS schema & SQL queries
- XML imports, VBScript (reading/interpreting)
- ACH, UDFs, screen layouts, loan templates, security
