Shipping & Receiving Clerk
**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a detail-oriented Shipping and Receiving Clerk to join our team. The Shipping and Receiving Clerk will be responsible for managing incoming and outgoing shipments, verifying and maintaining records of all transactions, preparing items for shipment, and ensuring accuracy throughout the process.
Shift: Monday - Friday, 5am - 1:30pm

- Proven experience in a shipping and receiving role
- Familiarity with shipping software and procedures
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to lift heavy objects and stand for extended periods
- Basic math skills
**Responsibilities:**
- Receive incoming shipments, verify contents against purchase orders or invoices, and ensure accuracy
- Prepare items for shipment, including packing, labeling, and completing necessary documentation
- Coordinate with carriers to schedule pick-ups and deliveries
- Maintain organized records of all incoming and outgoing shipments
- Inspect and report any damaged or missing items
- Communicate with internal departments to ensure timely delivery of goods
- Comply with safety regulations and maintain a clean and orderly work environment
- Assist in inventory management and conducting regular cycle counts
