- 2 years of experience in HRIS administration, HR technology, or related technical HR support, is required.
- Experience with UKG Pro and/or UKG Workforce Management is strongly preferred.

Job Description:
- Manage user access and security, including profiles, role-based permissions, password resets, and supervisor relationships.
- Configure and maintain system structures such as job records, pay rules, employee groups, org hierarchies, and access profiles.
- Support HR, Payroll, and business operations through report creation, data views, dashboards, and analytics.
- Maintain and troubleshoot timekeeping and WFM functionality, including time clocks, timecards, approvals, and accrual rules.
- Administer system configurations such as earnings codes, pay policies, adjustment rules, and auto-assignment logic.
- Support system upgrades and optimization initiatives through testing, validation, and stakeholder communication.
- Monitor and troubleshoot integrations, scheduled interfaces, imports/exports, and third-party vendor feeds.
- Manage system support cases, investigating and resolving access, configuration, payroll, and workflow issues.
- Provide functional support and guidance to HR, Payroll, managers, and employees on system usage and workflows.
- Maintain system documentation, process guides, audits, and communications to ensure data accuracy and continuous improvement.
- Strong understanding of HR, Payroll, and timekeeping processes.
- Ability to troubleshoot system issues, analyze data, and identify root causes.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks with competing deadlines.
- Proficiency in Excel and familiarity with HR reporting tools.
