Position: Bank Teller & Customer Service Representative

Location: Makawao, HI

Pay: $20 to $23.50/hour (Depending on experience)

Experience: 1 year or more of customer service experience and cash handling required

Education: High school diploma or equivalent required

Type: Full-time; Contract

Schedule

• Monday - Friday, 8:00am to 4:30pm
• Rotational Saturdays, 8:30am to 1:30pm

Position Requirements

• Process cash and financial transactions accurately and efficiently
• Educate customers on banking products and services and recommend solutions that fit their needs
• Maintain accurate records and transaction documentation
• Handle confidential information and customer transactions with sound judgment and discretion
• Deliver friendly, professional service to a diverse customer base

• Strong verbal and interpersonal communication skills
• Cash handling experience and comfort with point-of-sale or banking systems
• A sharp eye for detail
• Customer service or sales experience; banking product knowledge is a plus
• A positive, team-oriented attitude
