Pay: $80,000 to $115,000/year

Type: Full-time; Direct Hire
Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Rotational Saturdays, 8:30 AM – 1:30 PM)

Job Description
- Lead goal setting, coach teams for performance, and drive business development
- Manage service delivery, sales pipelines, and customer engagement using digital tools and CRM platforms
- Assist with branch operations management and daily oversight
- Handle sales pipeline management and business development
- Manage budgets and financial reporting
- Ensure regulatory compliance and risk management
- Assist with hiring, onboarding, and staff development
- Possess a valid driver's license and access to reliable transportation
- Must register as a Mortgage Loan Originator (MLO) through NMLS within 60 days of hire
- Strong leadership and people development skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Customer-focused with ability to build long-term community relationships
