Work Schedule
Monday - Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm; rotational Saturday 8:30am - 1:30pm (hours may vary)
Compensation
The pay range for the role is $60,000 - $75,000/yr; commensurate with experience.

The role manages daily operations, ensure compliance with regulatory and risk requirements, and represents the bank in the community by fostering trust, accountability, and long-term relationships.

Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have:
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Bachelor's degree in business, finance or related field preferred
- Three years proven experience in retail sales or financial services, with demonstrated success in customer service, operations, and sales leadership, including bu not limited to:
- Proven ability to lead goal setting, coach teams for performance, and drive business development
- Proficiency in using digital tools and CRM platforms to manage service delivery, sales pipelines and customer engagement strategies
- Must possess a current driver's license and access to reliable transportation
- Must be registered as a Mortgage Loan Originator (MLO) through the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System & Registry (NMLS) within 60 days of hire
- Demonstrated baseline proficiency in the following skills required:
- Leadership and People development: Ability to lead and coach teams, set expectations and provide feedback
- Sales and Business Development: Ability to plan and manage sales activities, monitor pipelines, and support business growth
- Communication: Ability to communicate clearly in verbal and written form
- Customer Experience: Ability to apply regulatory standards, maintain controls, and support compliance
- Financial Management: Ability to manage budgets and review financial information to support decisions
- Technical Skills: Ability to use CRM and digital platforms to support team and customer needs
