Staffing Solutions of Hawaii is seeking a Security Guard to join a growing and dynamic team!

Job Description

• Monitor assigned property and surrounding areas to maintain a safe environment.
• Conduct routine patrols and observe activities to detect suspicious behavior.
• Report security incidents and document observations accurately.
• Respond to alarms, disturbances, and emergencies following established procedures.
• Control access to facilities by verifying identification and authorization.
• Communicate effectively with staff, visitors, and emergency personnel.
  
  

Position Requirements

• Valid security guard card required.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Ability to remain calm and make sound decisions during emergencies.
• Strong observation and attention to detail skills.
• Good verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to follow procedures and maintain professionalism at all times.
