Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Greet and register patients; manage check in/check out
- Answer phones, schedule appointments, and verify insurance
- Enter and maintain accurate patient data in EPIC
- Collect copays and patient payments
- Scan documents and perform appointment reminder calls
- Communicate with providers and clinical staff to ensure smooth patient flow
- Assist uninsured patients with Medicaid or sliding fee programs
- High school diploma or equivalent
- EPIC experience (required)
- Prior medical front desk or patient registration experience preferred
- Strong customer service, attention to detail, and professionalism
