What You Bring
- 3 to 5 years of proven experience as a controller with hands-on P&L management
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and financial reporting tools
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex financial data
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- CPA, CMA, or MBA certification is highly favored
- Experience with manufacturing KPIs such as labor efficiency, inventory turns, and cost per unit
- Proven track record of driving profitability improvements and operational efficiencies
- Familiarity with financial modeling and business case development
- Knowledge of cost accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and internal controls
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Certified Management Accountant (CMA), or Master of Business Administration (MBA)
- 3-5 years of relevant controller experience within manufacturing or similar industries
- Primarily office-based role requiring prolonged sitting and computer work
- Ability to occasionally lift up to 10 pounds
- Employment is at-will, contingent on onboarding and background checks
