- Full-Time
- 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM
- $90,000 - $120,000 base salary
- 3-7 years of project management experience, especially in precast concrete, construction, or heavy manufacturing sectors
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field
- Proficiency with ERP systems, Microsoft Office (particularly Excel), and project scheduling tools
- Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking abilities
- Customer-focused mindset with excellent relationship-building skills
- Ability to coordinate cross-departmental efforts and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Experience with ERP systems, particularly Acumatica
- Prior involvement in industrial construction or concrete manufacturing environments
- Certification in project management (PMP or similar)
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related discipline
- 3 to 7 years of proven project management success, ideally within heavy manufacturing or precast concrete industries
- Willingness to work in both office and manufacturing environments
- Ability to occasionally lift up to 10 pounds
- Must be adaptable to dust, noise, vibration, and outdoor conditions
- Employment is full-time, salaried, and at-will, with typical hours from 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM
