Required Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or a related field (preferred)
- Minimum 5 years of bookkeeping experience in a family office or high-net-worth client environment
- Proficiency with QuickBooks, QuickBooks Online, and Quicken
- Strong computer skills including Microsoft Excel, Word, Adobe, and Outlook
- Exceptional organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail
- Ability to communicate professionally with high-net-worth clients
- Experience with fiduciary trust accounting and tax preparation is a plus
- Positive, proactive attitude with the ability to multitask and adapt in a small office setting
- Experience in tax administration and complex financial reporting
- Administrative support skills for managing invoices, receipts, and other records
- Experience supporting ad hoc projects and internal reporting
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field
- At least 5 years of relevant bookkeeping experience in a family office or wealth management environment
- Familiarity with fiduciary trust accounting and tax processes
- Ability to work remotely two days per week after onboarding
- Excellent communication skills suited for engaging with high-net-worth individuals
