Position Overview:
The Patient Care
Coordinator is the first point of contact for patients and plays a vital
role in ensuring a positive, organized, and efficient patient experience.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working within

Key
Responsibilities:
Patient Experience
& Front Office Operations
- Serve as the first point of
contact for patients—both in person and over the phone
- Greet patients warmly and ensure a
welcoming, professional environment
- Schedule, confirm, and manage
appointments
- Assist with patient questions and
provide clear communication throughout their visit
Administrative
& Billing Support
- Collect patient payments and
manage daily transactions
- Verify and enter patient insurance
information
- Assist with billing and insurance
submissions as needed
- Maintain accurate and organized
patient records
Clinic Coordination
& Workflow Management
- Follow established protocols and
procedures to ensure smooth daily operations
- Prepare for upcoming appointments
and support clinic flow
- Coordinate multiple priorities
while maintaining attention to detail
- Support the clinical team in
delivering a seamless patient experience
