We are seeking a proactive, organized, and detail-oriented Patient Care Coordinator to lead daily operations and elevate the patient experience.
Position Overview
You will work closely with our provider and patient coordinators to ensure efficient, high-quality operations while also being the first point of contact for patients. This is an onsite, call center-environment role with a full-time schedule from each week. This is a non-traditional patient care role. This is more of a patient care role to provide the best solution for the patient. Personal & organization goal achievement is expected. Bonus is based on those goals.

Key Responsibilities
Patient Coordination
- Respond promptly to all incoming calls, texts, and online inquiries from existing patients
- Manage existing patient leads from the website and Google Ads
- Nurture leads to improve booking conversion rates and retention
- Deliver excellent, customer service via text, phone, and email
- Resolve patient questions and concerns with professionalism and empathy
Marketing & Growth
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain patients
- Use client feedback to help improve services and communication
- Assist in expanding service offerings based on market demand and feedback
Requirements
- Experience in aesthetics or med spa setting (Required)
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Tech-savvy and comfortable using CRM, booking and POS software
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and responsive in a remote work environment
