About the OpportunityWe own and operate a large-scale RV and workforce housing community in Watford City, North Dakota, serving oilfield, construction, and traveling professionals.
This is not a typical “RV park manager” role.
You will be responsible for running a 750-site asset like a business unit—with a clear focus on driving occupancy, increasing revenue, and maintaining strong operations.

What You’ll Be Responsible For1. Fill the Park (Primary Focus)- Build relationships with oilfield companies, contractors, and local employers
- Secure bulk site agreements (10–100 units at a time)
- Conduct outbound outreach (calls, visits, networking)
- Convert inbound leads quickly and effectively
- Oversee day-to-day park operations
- Manage on-site staff and vendors
- Enforce community standards and policies
- Maintain a clean, safe, and well-run property
- Track occupancy, collections, and revenue metrics
- Improve collections and reduce delinquencies
- Implement pricing strategies based on demand
- Drive NOI growth
We are not looking for a traditional campground host.
We are looking for someone who:
- Is self-driven and accountable
- Is comfortable with sales and outreach
- Can manage people and solve problems quickly
- Has a strong sense of ownership and urgency
- Apartment / multi-family property management
- Hotel or hospitality management (especially with sales experience)
- Workforce housing or oilfield housing operations
- Regional or assistant managers looking to step into a larger role
- Base Salary: $85,000 – $100,000
- Performance Bonus: $20,000 – $50,000 tied to occupancy, revenue, and collections
- Housing: On-site housing provided (no rent expense)
- Growth Opportunity: Ability to oversee additional properties within our portfolio
