Staffing Now, a division of SNI Companies, has partnered in hiring for a Veteran Services Case Manager working for our client in Durango. The Veteran Services Case Manager is a full-time opportunity working Monday through Friday from 8 am to 4:30 pm. This position has onsite work requirements. A summary of the responsibilities includes:
Responsibilities:
- Provides veterans case management services for housing assistance
- Conducts needs assessment
- Connects veterans to income resources and/or public benefits
- Assist with landlord recruitment or mediation
- Assists with other program support as needed
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Services, Social Work or closely related field
- 1 years of working with homeless population
Salary : $22 - $24
