Key Responsibilities
- Support sales and marketing activities for new and existing customers.
- Develop and maintain strong business relationships with current and prospective clients.

- Coordinate customer needs with branch operations and other internal teams.
- Maintain regular communication with customers regarding their logistics needs.
- Track and report on sales and account activities.
- Work closely with operations and corporate sales teams as needed.
- Provide responsive, professional customer service throughout the shipping process.
