This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Recruitment Specialist located in Phoenix, AZ. In this role, you will oversee the full recruitment lifecycle, including identifying talent needs, creating recruitment strategies, conducting interviews, and managing hiring processes. Additional responsibilities include building strong relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders, training hiring managers on recruitment best practices, and ensuring a positive recruitment experience for all applicants.
- Proven expertise in Hiring and Recruiting processes, including identifying, attracting, and assessing talent
- Strong Interviewing and Communication skills for engaging with candidates and stakeholders effectively
- Experience in delivering Training related to recruitment and employee onboarding
- Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent interpersonal, analytical, and decision-making skills
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Prior experience as a recruitment specialist or similar role is highly preferred
