Staffing Alternatives is excited to announce an opening for a Staffing Coordinator (Bilingual English/Spanish) at our Green Brook, NJ location. We’re looking for motivated individuals who are eager to grow and build a long-term career.
As a Staffing Coordinator, you’ll play a key role in our hiring process, including:
- Conducting interviews and evaluating candidate qualifications
- Review job descriptions/job orders with client and match individuals correctly to the client.
- Take accurate job orders from clients.
- Fill all open orders from clients.
- Answering phone calls and emails.
Specific Abilities:
- Must be able to read, write and speak English and Spanish
- Previous staffing experience a plus
- Customer service experience necessary
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask
- Computer skills (MS Word and MS Outlook)
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to check in employees
