Bilingual Onsite Supervisor
Your Future Begins with Us! STAFFING ALTERNATIVES is looking for a motivated Bilingual Onsite Supervisor to join our team in Somerset, NJ on the 2nd shift. As a valued team member, you'll receive hands-on training in the "SA Way" and enjoy opportunities for growth and advancement. You'll play a key role in delivering exceptional service to both our clients and temporary associates. Assignment is from May/June to September/October 2026.
What You Need to Join Our Team
• Background as a warehouse lead or supervisor
• Bilingual (English-Spanish) required
• Strong customer service background
• Ability to think quickly, solve problems, and multitask
• Prior staffing or onsite coordination experience is a plus
• Comfortable with walking throughout the shift
• Willingness to work extra hours, if needed
• Reliable transportation
What You'll Be Doing Within the Warehouse Environment
• Supervise temporary associates during shifts, ensuring compliance with GMPs and PPE
• Participate in trainings and team meetings
• Conduct daily safety observations and production walk-throughs
• Process payroll and manage paid sick leave
• Deliver exceptional customer service to associates and client leadership
Hours & Salary
- 1st (7a-3:30p) and 2nd (4p-12:30a) Shifts Available; Monday-Friday
- $18.00-$19.00/hr depending on experience
