WANTED ~ Onsite Staffing Supervisor, All Shifts Available

Staffing Alternatives is looking for an Onsite Manager to work in our client's warehouse supervising our temporary associates.  This person must be reliable and energetic. He/she must be bilingual in English/Spanish and have a strong sense of responsibility/urgency about him/her.  You must be able to communicate with coworkers and our client company to schedule, manage, coach and counsel temporary associates.  Compensation includes annual performance increases, appreciation bonuses, safety bonuses, an annual company-paid vacation to a destination and more!!  Do you want to grow within a company? Essential Responsibilities:

• Supervise temporary associates ensuring proper PPE

• Timeclock and reporting

• Participate in trainings

• Serve as the point of contact between our agency and client

• Administrative duties
• Perform safety inspections on a daily basis

Specific Abilities:

• Must be able to read, write and speak English and Spanish
• Quick thinker/problem solver
• Warehouse supervisory experience necessary
• Previous staffing experience a plus
• Customer service experience a plus
  
• Reliable transportation
