STAFFING ALTERNATIVES currently has an opening for a bilingual (Spanish/English) Relationship Manager. The right candidate is flexible, highly motivated and has excellent communication skills. Prior experience in staffing industry is a plus.
Hours: Monday-Friday 8:30am-5:00pm with flexibility
Key Responsibilities:
Staffing Alternatives is seeking a proactive and solution-oriented Bilingual Relationship Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate is an adaptable professional with a proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with both clients and candidates in the staffing industry. The primary focus of this role is to ensure client satisfaction, foster long-term partnerships, and facilitate the successful placement of top talent by leveraging exceptional communication and problem-solving skills.
Serve as the main point of contact for key clients, building and nurturing strong, long-lasting partnerships through regular check-ins and client meetings. Stay informed of industry trends and market conditions to provide strategic guidance to clients and maintain a competitive edge.
Skills Required:
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
• Utilize and manage our tracking system, SELL, to track interactions and manage customer accounts effectively.
• Problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
