Your Future Begins with Us! STAFFING ALTERNATIVES is looking for a motivated Bilingual Onsite Staffing Specialist to join our team in Phillipsburg, NJ. You'll play a key role in delivering exceptional service to both our clients and temporary associates.
What You Need to Join Our Team
• Background as a warehouse lead or supervisor
• Bilingual (English-Spanish) required
• Strong customer service background
• Ability to think quickly, solve problems, and multitask
• Prior staffing or onsite coordination experience is a plus
• Comfortable with walking throughout the shift
• Willingness to work extra hours and weekends during peak season
• Reliable transportation
What You'll Be Doing
• Supervise temporary associates during shifts, ensuring compliance with GMPs and PPE
• Participate in trainings and team meetings
• Conduct daily safety observations and production walk-throughs
• Maintain clear and consistent communication with client management
• Process payroll and manage paid sick leave
• Deliver exceptional customer service to associates and client leadership
Hours & Salary
- 2nd Shift Monday-Friday 1:00pm - 9:30pm
- Weekly salary approximately $800-$840 depending on experience
