Position Overview
As an RN with StaffHealth, you'll provide exceptional nursing care while working alongside an experienced clinical team. You'll assess patients, coordinate care, administer treatments, and help ensure the highest quality outcomes while promoting comfort, dignity, and well-being.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing care to patients
- Perform patient assessments and develop nursing interventions
- Administer medications, treatments, and physician-ordered therapies
- Monitor, assess, and document patient conditions and responses to care
- Collaborate with physicians, LPNs, CNAs, and interdisciplinary care teams
- Supervise and support nursing staff as needed
- Respond to changes in patient condition and emergency situations
- Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with facility policies and nursing standards
Qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license (required)
- Current CPR/BLS certification
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
- Long-term care, skilled nursing, rehabilitation, or hospital experience preferred
- Strong clinical judgment, communication, and leadership skills
