Overview.
- Lead manufacturing engineering for precision bearings, driving process development, production readiness, quality, automation, and continuous improvement.
What You’ll Own.
- Lead manufacturing engineering and technical teams from product design through full-scale production.
- Improve machining, metal stamping, tooling, progressive dies, assembly, and automation.
- Drive new product launches, PPAP, quality systems, Lean, Kaizen, and cost reduction.
- Support bearing design and customer application requirements.
- Partner with Engineering, Quality, Tool Room, Sales, and Operations to improve manufacturing performance.
- Develop engineering talent and strengthen production processes.
What You Bring.
- 5 years of manufacturing engineering leadership experience.
- Experience with precision mechanical components or bearing manufacturing.
- Strong knowledge of machining, metal stamping, tooling, and progressive dies.
- Hands-on manufacturing experience, blueprint reading, and GD&T.
- Experience with Lean, Kaizen, automation, PPAP, and quality systems.
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering preferred.
