Our client, a leading manufacturer of large-scale electro-mechanical equipment, is seeking Manufacturing Technicians to join their growing first-shift team. This is a hands-on role focused on assembling, testing, and supporting complex industrial equipment in a highly regulated manufacturing environment.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Assemble large mechanical and electro-mechanical systems using detailed work instructions and build documentation
- Perform mechanical assembly, wiring, piping, alignments, testing, and rework as required
- Read and interpret assembly drawings, engineering specifications, and manufacturing documentation
- Use hand tools, power tools, torque wrenches, overhead cranes, and scissor lifts safely and effectively
- Conduct inspections and testing to ensure products meet quality standards
- Follow SOPs, safety procedures, and detailed manufacturing processes
- Collaborate with production, engineering, and quality teams to meet project deadlines
What We're Looking For:
- 2 years of manufacturing, assembly, or technician experience
- Strong mechanical aptitude and hands-on troubleshooting ability
- Experience working from work instructions, build books, blueprints, or assembly drawings
- Comfortable working with large equipment and mechanical assemblies
- Experience with cranes, lifts, rigging, or material handling equipment is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent
- U.S. Citizenship required
Schedule:
- 1st Shift
- 9/80 work schedule
- Overtime available
