Title: Industrial Maintenance Supervisor
Location: Leola, PA
Job Type: Full-time, Direct Hire.
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 6:00 AM-2:00 PM. Occasional mandatory Saturdays and overtime may be required.
Relocation assistance is available.
Overview:
- Lead daily maintenance activities while staying hands-on with equipment troubleshooting, repairs, and reliability.
What You’ll Own:
- Lead maintenance priorities, assign technicians, and ensure work is completed.
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, motor, and control systems.
- Manage preventive and corrective maintenance through a CMMS.
- Partner with Production to minimize downtime and improve equipment reliability.
- Coach technicians, provide technical direction, and drive accountability.
- Support root-cause investigations, reliability improvements, and maintenance projects.
What You Bring:
- Strong industrial maintenance experience in manufacturing.
- Hands-on mechanical and electrical troubleshooting expertise.
- Working knowledge of pneumatics, hydraulics, motors, controls, and industrial equipment.
- Ability to independently diagnose failures and lead repairs.
- Ability to read electrical schematics, mechanical drawings, and equipment manuals.
- Proficiency with a multimeter and standard troubleshooting tools.
- CMMS experience. Technical school, trade certification, or associate degree is a plus.
Salary : $80,000 - $90,000
