Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Manufacturing Manager to oversee Press Room operations and lead production teams in a metal components or bearing manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate has experience as a Manufacturing Manager or Plant Manager, with a strong background in production, metal stamping, tooling, quality, and process improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily Press Room operations, production schedules, and team performance.
- Lead, train, and develop manufacturing employees.
- Improve productivity, product quality, safety, and operational efficiency.
- Oversee metal stamping, tooling, equipment performance, and production processes.
- Work with Engineering, Quality, and Maintenance teams to resolve manufacturing issues.
- Drive cost reduction, waste elimination, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Ensure production targets, quality standards, and delivery schedules are met.
Required Qualifications
- Experience as a Manufacturing Manager, Plant Manager, or similar manufacturing leader.
- Background in bearing manufacturing, metal stamping, or precision metal components.
- Experience managing production teams and manufacturing operations.
- Knowledge of tooling, production processes, quality, and process improvement.
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work onsite in a manufacturing environment.
Pay: $90,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
