Our client, is looking to hire an experienced Technical Key Account Manager to join their growing team. In this role, the Technical Key Account Manager will serve as the primary liaison between key clients and internal technical teams, ensuring successful delivery of complex solutions, exceptional customer satisfaction, and long-term account growth. This position requires a strategic, client-focused professional with a strong technical background, exceptional relationship management skills, and the ability to translate client needs into actionable technical outcomes.
What You Will Be Doing
- Drive business growth by developing strategic sales plans and delivering exceptional customer experiences that strengthen long-term partnerships.
- Engage in proactive outreach, including cold-calling and following up on warm leads generated through the website, referrals, and other inbound sources — ideal for a motivated, results-driven sales professional.
- Design and implement sales strategies, building and refining processes to streamline lead generation, quoting (RFQs), customer inquiries, and overall sales administration.
- Act as the primary point of contact for both new and existing customers, effectively communicating in both sales and technical terms to ensure alignment and satisfaction throughout the customer journey.
What We Need From You
- 3 years of experience in Electrical or Software Engineering and/or technical sales within the semiconductor industry — must understand testing and be comfortable speaking the technical language of the customer.
- A growth-driven mindset with high energy, grit, and a passion for building relationships, expanding business opportunities, and driving results.
- Relentless follow-up and persistence, with the ability to balance technical knowledge and sales savvy to create meaningful customer engagement.
- True sales mentality — this is not a purchase order or RFQ processing role; we’re seeking a proactive, goal-oriented salesperson who thrives on winning new business.
