Customer Relations Representative

We’re looking for a customer-focused professional who enjoys being the person clients can rely on. This role combines B2B customer service, order management, quoting, and internal coordination within a global manufacturing environment.

The ideal candidate is organized, responsive, and comfortable managing multiple customer needs at once. If you enjoy building relationships, solving problems, and working across teams to keep customers informed, this could be a great next step.

This is a full-time, contract, hybrid opportunity.

What You Will Be Doing

• Manage day-to-day communication with business customers from initial request through order fulfillment.
• Support customers with product and replacement-part needs, including coordinating quotes and order details.
• Enter and manage orders while ensuring customer and product information remains accurate.
• Keep customers informed on pricing, availability, lead times, and shipment updates.
• Partner with internal logistics and operations teams to troubleshoot delivery or order-related issues.
• Review customer activity and purchasing patterns to support inventory and service needs.
• Assist with reporting and tracking key customer and order activity.
• Work cross-functionally to create a smooth, responsive customer experience.

What We Need From You

To be considered for this role, candidates must have the following experience and skills:

• 2 years of experience in a B2B customer service, customer support, order management, or similar customer-facing role.
• Experience working directly with customers in a professional business environment.
• Comfortable managing orders, quotes, pricing inquiries, and customer follow-up.
• Experience using an ERP or business management system.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to stay organized and manage multiple priorities without losing attention to detail.
• Collaborative, dependable, and comfortable working within established processes.

All-Star Skillset

The ideal candidate will also have any or all of the following preferred experience and skills:

• Experience supporting customers within manufacturing, industrial, automotive, or another technical environment.
• SAP experience.
• Exposure to aftermarket parts, replacement components, or technical products.
• Experience working for a global or international organization.
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related discipline.
