We’re seeking a driven, results-oriented sales professional who thrives in a fast-paced, business-to-business environment. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys owning the full sales cycle, from the first outbound call through closing the deal, while building strong relationships and delivering an exceptional customer experience.

What You Will Be Doing
- Manage the full sales cycle from initial outreach through closing in a B2B environment
- Make 40 outbound sales calls per day from an average of 80 qualified leads provided monthly
- Communicate persuasively with General Managers, Controllers, and key decision-makers at automotive dealerships
- Qualify prospects, uncover business needs, and guide decision-makers through the sales process
- Overcome objections, conduct needs analyses, and present cost comparisons and cross-sell opportunities
- Provide post-sale support to ensure customer satisfaction and long-term relationships
- Accurately document, track, and prioritize sales activities within Salesforce
What We Need From You
To be considered for this role, candidates must have the following experience and skills:
- Prior experience in sales and/or the automotive industry
- Proven success in telephone-based sales and relationship building
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a professional, confident presence
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities with the capacity to multitask
- Self-motivated and dependable, with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively
- Resilience and persistence in a competitive, high-performance sales environment

The ideal candidate will also bring any or all of the following:
- Experience selling within automotive financing, credit, or related industries
- Background working directly with retail automotive dealerships
- Familiarity with CRM systems such as Salesforce
