About the Role
We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Lab Technician to support daily operations in our laboratory. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, following established procedures, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment. Training will be provided for all standard lab processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Clean, maintain, and calibrate standard lab equipment.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Prepare samples, materials, tools, and equipment for testing.
- Perform routine laboratory tests, analyses, and basic calculations following established guidelines.
- Complete required forms, logs, and documentation accurately.
- Work with technicians or chemists when handling more complex tasks.
- Perform coating spray applications as part of lab testing.
- Assist with other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for current or future visa sponsorship.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Basic math skills.
- Able to use a computer for data entry, communication, and basic data analysis.
- Willing to learn software programs used in the lab.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office is a plus.
