We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Public Area Attendant to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and overall appearance of the lobby area, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for guests.
Duties
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the lobby area, including floors, furniture, and fixtures.
- Perform custodial tasks such as sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and dusting.
- Ensure that all lobby supplies are stocked and readily available for guests.
- Monitor the condition of lobby furniture and equipment, reporting any maintenance needs promptly.
- Assist guests with inquiries regarding hotel services or local attractions to enhance their experience.
- Collaborate with housekeeping management to ensure seamless operations and guest satisfaction.
- Conduct regular inspections of the lobby area to identify areas needing attention or improvement.
Requirements
- Previous experience in custodial services or hospitality is preferred.
- Ability to work the afternoon shift starting at 3 p.m.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed.
