Maintenance Technician – Fort Lauderdale, FL
Pay: $18.00/hour
We are hiring an experienced Hotel Maintenance Technician for a property in the Fort Lauderdale area.
Requirements:
Previous hotel maintenance experience required
Knowledge of basic plumbing, electrical, painting, flooring, HVAC, and general repairs
Ability to troubleshoot and complete preventive maintenance
Reliable and ready to work
Responsibilities:
Perform routine inspections
Complete preventive maintenance
Handle basic repairs and maintenance needs
Repair equipment, machines, and building areas as needed
