Role Overview
We’re looking for a motivated, energetic Inside Sales Appointment Setter to join our team and help fuel STACK Cyber Security’s growth. This is an opportunity to get in early, make an impact, and be rewarded for your results. You’ll be the first point of contact with local business decision-makers across Metro Detroit, introducing STACK Cyber Security, qualifying prospects, and setting up high-value appointments for our Outside Sales Rep.

What You'll Do
- Make 80–100 proactive outbound calls per day to targeted businesses in Metro Detroit
- Use proven scripts while adding your own energy and personality to engage prospects
- Qualify businesses using our checklist (industry, size, pain points) to ensure quality leads
- Book 2–3 high-value first-time appointments per week for our Outside Sales Rep
- Keep detailed, accurate records in BigCRM so nothing slips through the cracks
- Follow up with warm leads and nurture them until they’re ready to meet
- Partner closely with the Outside Sales Rep for feedback and continual improvement
- Push yourself to grow — track your results, sharpen your skills, and aim higher each week
Must-Have
- 3-5 year in outbound calling or inside sales (B2B preferred)
- Confident, professional phone presence and communication skills
- Ability to handle objections and keep a positive, motivated tone
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and disciplined in following a process
- Self-motivated and driven by hitting targets
- Comfortable with CRM, dialers, and prospecting tools
Nice-to-Have
- Knowledge of cybersecurity or IT services
- Experience booking appointments for outside sales reps
- Familiarity with Metro Detroit’s business community
- Background in manufacturing, legal, insurance, banking, or professional services industries
