Resident Care Coordinator (LPN)

Starting rates are based on experience ranging from $29- $32
Availability: Part Time or Full Time
- 6:30a-3p (3 days per week)
- 2:30p-11p (2 days per week)

What you’ll do:
- Participates in collection of assessment data to develop a plan of care including education for the residents
- Follows the established plan of care and associated protocols, procedures and policies
- Evaluates and modifies the plan of care
- Demonstrates skills and knowledge to provide safe, competent nursing care
- Conduct inventories, administer medications and treatment
- Provide emotional and psychological support when needed
- Perform other duties as assigned
Salary : $29 - $32
