St. Peter’s Health Partners is hiring Registered Nurses (RNs) and Nurse Leaders to support a wide range of opportunities across Acute Care Hospitals, Continuing Care, and Outpatient/Ambulatory practices. Pay Ranges
Acute Care: $40.00 - $71.31 per hour
Continuing Care: $36.00 - $66.01 per hour
Outpatient/Ambulatory: $36.00 - $52.77 per hour
Pay is based on experience, skills, and education. Exempt positions under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) will be paid within the base salary equivalent of the stated hourly rates. The pay range may also vary within the stated range based on location.

Care Settings
- Acute & Inpatient Care: Med/Surg, ICU, ED, Behavioral Health, Perioperative, Inpatient Rehab
- Continuing Care: Skilled Nursing & Rehab, Home Care, Hospice, Senior Living
- Outpatient & Ambulatory: Primary Care, Specialty Practices, Women’s Health, Oncology/Infusion, Urgent Care, Procedural Areas
- Perform patient assessments and develop plans of care
- Administer medications, treatments, and IV therapy (as applicable)
- Monitor and respond to changes in patient condition
- Collaborate with providers and interdisciplinary teams
- Educate and support patients, residents, and families
- Document care and ensure compliance with standards

- Associate’s Degree in Nursing required
