As an Outpatient RN, you will:
- Conduct focused assessments, triage, and care coordination in a clinic setting
- Support providers with in‑office procedures and patient flow
- Administer medications and treatments per orders and scope
- Provide patient education, follow‑up guidance, and care plan reinforcement
- Coordinate referrals, testing, and continuity of care
- Document accurately and maintain compliance with clinic protocols
- Deliver safe, high‑quality nursing care that supports patient access and outcomes
- Collaborate with providers, care managers, and interdisciplinary teams
- Support population health efforts and chronic disease management where applicable
- Ensure adherence to infection prevention, safety, and documentation standards
- Current New York State RN license in good standing
- Associate’s degree in nursing from an accredited program
- Bachelor’s degree in nursing required for Nurse Leadership positions
- Strong communication, organization, and patient education skills
- Comfort working in a fast‑moving, high‑volume clinic environment
- Outpatient, ambulatory, or specialty practice experience
- Telephone triage and care coordination experience
- Experience with EMR documentation and patient portal workflows
