Part-Time HOA Patrol Officer (Unarmed)

Job Type: Part-Time
Schedule: 4:00 PM – 12:00 AM
Pay: $16 per hour
Position Overview
We are seeking a dependable and professional Part-Time HOA Patrol Officer to provide safety and security services within a residential community in the Hawley area. This is an unarmed patrol position requiring regular vehicle and foot patrols, strong communication skills, and a commitment to resident safety.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct routine mobile and foot patrols throughout the HOA community.
- Observe and report any suspicious activity, safety concerns, or violations of HOA rules.
- Respond to resident inquiries and concerns professionally and courteously.
- Complete detailed and accurate incident and daily activity reports.
- Monitor property conditions and report maintenance or safety issues promptly.
- Maintain communication with supervisors and follow all site-specific instructions.
- Ensure the patrol vehicle is kept clean, fueled, and in good working order.
- Uphold all company safety procedures and operational guidelines.
Required Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Must have a valid driver’s license with a good driving record.
- Previous security experience strongly preferred (HOA or patrol experience is ideal).
- Must be available to work at least one weekend day.
- Strong observation, communication, and report-writing skills.
- Ability to work independently and remain alert throughout the shift.
- Able to walk, drive, and patrol for extended periods as required.
- Professional, reliable, and punctual.
Preferred Qualifications (Not Required)
- HOA community security experience
- Mobile or vehicle patrol background
- Experience with incident reporting software
- Strong customer service skills when dealing with residents
