Location: Hybrid Remote — must be able to support Central and Pacific time zones

Job Summary
We are looking for a Recruiting Operations Specialist to support high-volume hiring across our Southwest/West Territory. This role is the operational engine of our recruiting process—ensuring candidates move quickly, accurately, and compliantly through each step, from requisition intake through pre-screen readiness, manager interview scheduling, and start-date tracking.
You’ll work closely with Regional Recruiters and local site leaders to keep hiring fast, organized, and consistent across markets. Key Responsibilities
ATS & Recruiting Workflow Accuracy
- Maintain accurate requisitions and candidate records in the ATS for TX, AZ, NV, and CA.
- Move candidates to the correct stages promptly and complete dispositions.
- Post positions, manage requisitions, and maintain standardized templates.
Pre-Screening Readiness & Candidate Vetting
- Validate pre-screen completeness and minimum qualification alignment before sending candidates to local managers.
Interview Scheduling & Logistics
- Schedule candidates into local manager interview slots across assigned regions.
- Confirm interviews, send reminders, adjust/reschedule as needed, and reduce no-show rates.
- Track interview outcomes, show rates, and fallout in the ATS.
Compliance & Documentation
- Ensure steps through the interview stage meet federal and state-specific requirements (especially CA and TX).
- Verify background check triggers and required documentation steps are completed.
Qualifications (Required)
- 2 years of experience in Recruiting Operations, Talent Acquisition Coordination, Staffing Ops, or high-volume hiring support.
- Hands-on ATS experience with large pipelines.
- Proven ability to coordinate high volumes of interviews across multiple managers/sites.
Qualifications (Preferred)
- Experience supporting multi-state hiring.
- Background in security, facilities, logistics, or other high-turnover hourly industries.
- Familiarity with texting tools and programmatic job advertising.
- Spanish bilingual skills.
Performance Metrics (Success Indicators)
- High ATS data accuracy and timely candidate movement.
- Strong speed from application to pre-screen readiness.
- Interviews scheduled within 24 hours of available manager slots.
- Positive feedback from recruiters and local managers.
