Armed Security Officer (Level III)
Location: Houston, TX - North Houston area
Position Type: Part-Time (28 hours per week)
Schedule: (Days Vary ) 5:15 PM – 9:15 PM
Pay Rate: $18.00 per hour
Job Description:
We are seeking a professional and dependable Armed Security Officer (Level III) to join our team in the North Houston area. The officer will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment by monitoring the premises, deterring criminal activity, and responding to incidents as needed.
Responsibilities:
- Provide a visible security presence and patrol assigned areas
- Monitor property and report suspicious activity or security concerns
- Enforce site policies and procedures
- Respond to incidents and document events in detailed reports
- Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor with staff and visitors
Requirements:
- Valid Texas Level III Armed Security Guard Card
- Valid driver’s license
- Minimum 2 years of security experience (retail security and/or standing post experience)
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Strong observation and communication skills
- Reliable transportation and punctuality
Compensation & Schedule:
- $18.00 per hour
- Part-time: 28 hours per week
- Evening shift: 5:15 PM – 9:15 PM, (Days Varies)
