Armed Luxury Retail Security Officer
Location: Las Vegas, NV
Pay Rate: $22/hour
Schedule:
- Thursday: 5:00 PM – 9:30 PM
- Friday: 10:00 AM – 10:30 PM
- Saturday: 10:00 AM – 10:30 PM
Position Overview:
We are seeking a professional and highly experienced Armed Luxury Retail Security Officer to provide security in a high-end retail environment in Las Vegas. This role requires a polished presence, strong situational awareness, and the ability to interact professionally with clientele while maintaining a secure atmosphere.
Requirements:
- Prior armed security experience (required)
- Must possess a valid Nevada PILB Unarmed Guard Card
- Must possess a valid Nevada PILB Armed Guard Card
- Must own a firearm and all accompanying duty gear
- Background in luxury retail security, law enforcement, or military strongly preferred
- Professional appearance and demeanor suitable for upscale retail settings
- Strong communication and de-escalation skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods and remain alert
Responsibilities:
- Provide a visible armed security presence within a luxury retail setting
- Monitor for suspicious activity and prevent theft or security incidents
- Deliver discreet, customer-friendly security services
- Respond quickly and effectively to incidents or emergencies
- Coordinate with store management and local law enforcement when necessary
- Complete detailed incident reports
