St. Luke’s Home is an 88-bed long-term, skilled nursing facility that provides residents 24-hour skilled nursing care; IV therapy; wound care and post-surgical care; respite care; nutritional therapy; and peritoneal dialysis.

This ad is for full-time, 40 hours per week, day shift, Resident Care Manager position in a long-term care facility. Rotating holiday and on-call shifts required.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Ensuring quality nursing care to residents in an environment that promotes their rights, dignity, freedom of choice, and individuality.
- Directing nursing staff response to emergencies, participating in emergency preparedness drills, and guiding staff with quality, performance improvement, infection control, etc.
- Supervising nursing staff and assures survey compliance, guiding staff schedule to improve workflow, and auditing charting and documentation.
- Planning and implementing nursing policies and procedures, receiving resident and staff grievances, evaluating, counseling, and documenting staff performance.
- Coordinating with staffing schedule, ensuring vacancies are filled, assures sufficient staffing in place to meet resident needs.
Requirements include:
- Active nursing license (RN) verified within the North Dakota Board of Nursing.
- Authorization to work in the United States.
- Ability to communicate effectively and professionally with residents and teammates.

Education and Experience
Registered Nurse, RN, license, CPR certification, and five years’ experience in nursing. At least two years of supervisory and team leader experience preferred.
