Position Summary:
The Medical Staff Quality Analyst supports organizational initiatives based on the principles of high reliability, patient safety, quality improvement, accreditation continuous readiness, and regulatory compliance; facilitates physician peer review process to monitor and improve clinical outcomes. Responsible for promoting teamwork with all members of the healthcare team. Performs duties in a manner consistent with St. Luke’s mission and values.
Education, Experience, & Licensing Requirements:
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing or equivalent work experience
Experience: Minimum three years’ work experience in hospital industry in quality, process improvement, regulatory compliance, or other relevant healthcare field
Licensure: Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of Missouri
