Financial Counselor/Self-pay

Employee is required to sit continously and walk occasionally. Employee must lift/carry a light 1-20 lbs, medium 21-50 lbs and heavy 50 lbs= load frequently. Employee may be required to lift over 100 lbs, wih assistanct. Employee is requently required to bend, squat, kneel, climb, lift waist to overhead. Employee is occasionally required ot reach forward and reach overhead. For repetitive action, emploee is required to used both hands for simple grasping and pushing/pulling. Employee is occasionally exposed to electrical hazards and CRT terminal work.

Occasionally: 1-33%, Frequently: 34-66%, Continuously 67-100%

High School Diploma, GED required, Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business or Healthcare Administration is preferred.
