POSITION SUMMARY
This is a non-exempt administrative and professional position which entails performing specific staff projects or assignment of routine complexity. Responsibilities include investigating situations, issues and proposed courses of action. The role serves as the unit owner's relations representative for the Housing Choice Voucher Department and is responsible for gathering, organizing, evaluating, and summarizing information relevant to assigned tasks.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Must have a High School Diploma or equivalent. Previous experience in federally assisted property management, HUD HCV programs, or real estate is highly desirable.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

- Knowledge of accepted office practices and skill in applying these to assigned duties.
- Knowledge of research and investigation tools and techniques.
- Skill in use of PC with word processing spreadsheet and database software.
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with co-workers and person in and Authority.
- Ability to deal effectively with situations that require tact and diplomacy, yet firmness.
- Ability to create a customer service satisfaction atmosphere.
- Ability to communicate effectively with a wide variety of individuals and groups, sometimes in stressful situations.
- Skilled in bringing closure to routine issues or issues that have already been properly and finally determined.
