St. Louis Country Club is looking for two experienced bartenders to join our team. We are looking for enthusiastic bartenders that are able to create not only classic drinks but innovative drinks to impress our members and guests.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare alcohol or non-alcohol beverages for bar and a la carte members
- Interact with members, take orders and serve snacks and drinks
- Keep the bar area clean and organized throughout service
- Assess members needs and preferences and make recommendations
- Mix ingredients to prepare cocktails accurately
- Engage with beverage manager on planning and presenting seasonal bar menu
- Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies
- Stay guest focused and nurture an excellent member experience
- Comply with all food and beverage regulations
Requirements:
- Working experience as a bartender
- Excellent knowledge of in mixing, garnishing and serving drinks
- Positive attitude and excellent communication skills
- Ability to keep the bar organized, stocked and clean
- Availability on major holidays as well as Tuesday-Sunday during high volume times of year
