St. Louis Country Club is looking for two exceptional individuals to join our Tennis Pro Shop team.
Job Tasks/Duties
- Ensure club members and guests receive courteous, prompt, and professional attention to all of their racquet sport needs.
- Prepare tennis facilities for members every morning and afternoon using a checklist.
- Ensure each court is stocked with supplies including towels, cups and ice.
- Record all charge tickets.
- Responsible for demonstrator tennis rackets loaned to members and their guests.
- Restock merchandise when necessary.
- Ensure tennis accessories are properly inventoried and maintained.
- Take and record court reservations and assist in finding cooperative partners for players.
- Update sign-up sheets for court reservations.
- Inform members about club programs and tournaments.
- Direct members and guests to their courts.
- Assist members and guests with Tennis Shop merchandise purchases.
- Empty trash on each court and cleans courts.
- Maintain Tennis Shop and keeps storage area tidy.
- Vacuum and dust tennis shop and take towels to and from the laundry area.
- Report any complaints, feedback, or concerns from membership.
- Complete other appropriate assignments made by the Director of Racquet Sports or Tennis Professionals.
