What are the responsibilities and job description for the Fine Dining Server position at St Louis Country Club?
The St. Louis Country Club, a private country club located in Ladue, is currently in the need of an experienced exceptional individual to join our amazing dining service team.
Overview:
SLCC is searching for experienced service staff with an interest in further their developing food & beverage knowledge. We provide training in fine dining and wine & spirits, in addition to teaching an advanced level of service protocol to those with prior dining service experience.
Candidates must be comfortable in formal dining environments.
The nature of business at a SLCC allows us the ability to accommodate a flexible schedule. We are looking for individuals who are interested in full or part-time hours in evening/weekend work, including day shifts with some evening hours scheduled. Normal working hours are Tuesday through Sunday, including some holidays and occasional Mondays.
Qualifications:
Knowledge of food and beverage (Required)
Able to stand for long periods of time (Required)
Must be comfortable lifting items up to 30 lbs. (Required)
Previous experience working in hospitality / customer service (Required)
Must have outstanding communication skills.
Candidates must be reliable and capable of working as part of a team.
SLCC employment is based on the successful completion of a criminal background check.
