🩺 What You’ll Do

As a Clinical Pharmacist (Night Shift), you’ll play a critical role in delivering safe and effective medication therapy:

• 💊 Provide pharmaceutical care to all patient populations (neonates to geriatrics)
• 🌙 Support overnight medication needs and ensure continuity of care
• ⚖️ Dose medications based on age, weight, renal function & disease state
• 🧾 Review, verify & prepare inpatient and outpatient prescriptions
• 🔄 Manage medication refills and ensure appropriate drug utilization
• 🛡️ Promote medication safety using the latest clinical practices
• 🤝 Collaborate with healthcare teams to optimize patient outcomes
• 🧠 Apply your expertise in pharmacology, clinical judgement & ethics daily

🎓 What You Bring

• ✅ Degree from an accredited school of pharmacy (BS Pharmacy or PharmD)
• ✅ Completion of pharmacy internship program
• ✅ Active NY State Pharmacist License (or eligible via reciprocity)
• ✅ Strong clinical knowledge & attention to detail 🔍
• ✅ Ability to work independently and confidently during night hours 🌙
• ✅ Passion for patient-centered care 💙
